Service

  1. Your personal data is deleted after you have the blood test, and the result is sent to you. We do not store any data. The blood sample is destroyed immediately and never stored beyond 2 days.
     
  2. We do not provide any clinical advice. We encourage you to take the results to your GP or consultant to discuss it with them. We only offer the laboratory service to do the test for you. We do not offer medical advice.
     
  3. We provide you with Test Kit for the sample you chosen. Your are responsible for paying for your test. If the sample is lost in the post, you will need to reorder another test if you wish to do so at the cost indicated in the website. 
     
  4. Once we receive your sample we process it as soon as we can. You must only do the test on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. You must avoid sending the sample in the post on Thursday or Friday or the Weekend. We are not liable if you send the sample on Thursday or Friday or the Weekend.
     
  5. The cost of the tests will vary week by week. It is your responsibility to check the price of the test before you buy it.
     
  6. We only use Laboratories that are accredited.
     
  7. We will dispatch the test kit to you within 72 hours of receiving your order. This will only apply to working days. If place your order in the weekend, then you should receive your kit by Wednesday. Please allow more time for the Bank Holidays. 
     
  8. If you change your mind and do not want to do your test we cannot refund the cost to you once you have paid for the test as this means that the Kit has been dispatch to you. Only pay for the test you want to do. We do not provide refunds.
     
  9. Once you receive your kit you cannot return it to the Lab. 
     
  10. When we book you the appointment to have the test and you accepted the appointment you must make every effort to attend the appointment. If you do not attend the appointment, then we cannot refund to you the cost of the test as this is already paid for. If you want to change the date and time of the test then you should write to us 48 hours before your appointment is due to deal with your request quickly enough to give the appointment to another patient.
     
  11. You must post your sample immediately you have the test and do not store it in any form. Your sample is fragile and will be ruined if you do not post it immediately once it is collected from you by the phlebotomist. 
     
  12. It is your responsibility to collect the bottles from the phlebotomist and post it immediately to us.
     
  13. The result of the test will be available to you within 7 days of having the tests. Please make sure to let us know when you have the tests so that we can be on the look out for the result and send it to you quickly once checked by us first. 
     
  14. The account holder is the one who must provide the blood sample or you are in breach of the term of condition. You must be age 18 years or above. We do not provide tests for anyone under 18 years of age. 
     
  15. You are the customer and we are Private Test For You, a registered company in the UK at Clinton Ave, Nottingham NG5 1AW
     
  16. You may cancel your order before you pay for the test. Once you order the test you cannot cancel the order and you are not entitled to a refund.
